Pricing

LawTime is a month-to-month service with low monthly costs and a nominal one-off set up fee. There is no contract length or hidden costs.

LawTime costs £10 per practitioner per month, with a one-off set up fee of £250 per practice chambers.

We base your fee on your Average User Count. Each day, your account is measured and the number of active users is recorded. At the end of your billing cycle, we take a simple average of each day's user count to calculate your Average User Count for that billing period. We multiply that number against the cost per person, and that's the total bill. If you inactivate a barrister mid-month, they will not be counted in the daily average as of the date you inactivate them. LawTime accounts used for clerks to administer barristers’ time are not charged for.

Fees are invoiced in arrears on a monthly basis. Other arrangements can be discussed.
